In the β€œLinear Algebra” block, you will learn the basic terms, concepts and methods of linear algebra, which will help you both in understanding the structure of existing ML models and methods for training them, and, possibly, in developing new ones.

Mathematical analysis
In this block, you will study the properties of functions for artificial intelligence models, and also understand how differentiation and integration helps a computer accurately solve complex problems.

Theory of Probability and Mathematical Statistics
Probability theory and mathematical statistics are a branch of mathematics that works with random events and processes, and allows one to predict the outcomes of different situations based on accumulated experience.

Who will benefit from this course?
The course will be useful for both beginners and those who want to develop in the field of Data Science. During the training process, students will gain knowledge of the basics of higher mathematics, understand its application in machine learning problems, and consolidate their knowledge with the help of tests and practical problems.
Is it possible to study modules out of order?
The course consists of three sections: linear algebra, mathematical analysis and probability theory. Sections can be completed either independently of each other or sequentially. It is recommended to complete all modules sequentially for a comprehensive study of the materials.
