Copyright — is a legal term that means that the rights to a work resulting from intellectual work belong to the creator (author).
Copyright even works on the Internet and protects all types of content: texts, images, photos, designs and graphics.
We use and post information on the Internet every day and rarely think that there are legal rules for using the information we receive online.

Today we often buy goods online. We cannot always be sure that the product will be delivered on time, and that its appearance and quality will correspond to the description posted on the seller’s website. What can we do to protect our rights as an online buyer?
The buyer of the online store can refuse the transaction and demand the money back at any time before receiving the goods and within 7 days after. If you do not specify the return procedure on the website, the period increases to three months. The seller is obliged to return the money received from the buyer within 10 days from the date of presentation of the claim. If the store, after drawing up a return certificate, does not return the money within 10 days or verbally refuses to do so, you need to file a complaint addressed to the seller. In some cases, purchases purchased from an online store cannot be returned. It is not possible to return an item, provided it is not defective, if it is made to order. For example, a jacket is tailored to the client’s measurements. But, if an item made to order has defects, or the contractor violated the terms of its delivery subject to advance payment for the purchase, then the client has the right to refuse it.
